Rajesh Kumar Nanda believes in helping customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy, subject to the terms below:
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping or delivery process has been initiated.
- Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar goods. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer proves that the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team.
- Requests will be reviewed after verification by the merchant or supplier.
- Such issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product Not as Described
If you believe that the product received does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, we will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service and support.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by Rajesh Kumar Nanda, it will be processed within 1–2 business days to the original method of payment. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
